Help with filling section 5 of FLR FP application.

hello all,
can anyone please advise me on how to fill section 5 of the flr fp form.
im applying to renew my 30 month visa on the basis of Family Life as a Parent (10 year route)
i am in a relationship with the mother of my 9 year old (both British) but do not live in the same house with them, i rent a room from a family friend .
can you please advise how to answer this question on the form?

''Does anyone other than your partner live in the property? Yes /No
If yes, please provide details of each person living in the property, including full details of their
name, age and relationship to you/your sponsor. ''

The owner of the house does not feel comfortable providing her name and names of family members who also live in the house on the application. Also, i dont claim any benefit , but the mother of my child does, since she is not actually my partner and not applying on a partner route do i have to say yes to this question :
Are you or your partner receiving
any public funds?

I hope you are aware that if you are in a relationship with the other parent, then you are precluded from qualifying, even if you do not live together.

You must consider this very carefully.

Not sure if you can apply based on parent life as you are still in a relationship with the mother. I will confirm this before applying if I were you. Also, please update us regarding the documents you submitted as I am also looking at extending mine soon.

Thanks for replying , im applying on basis of parent of child , because that is what I was given 2 and half years ago .
I'm not gonna declare my relationship with the mother of my child , we are not officially married ,engaged or anything , we only got back 2 weeks ago . And we weren't together at the time of my first application . I just need help in filling section 5 of this form . Thank you .

That is withholding material facts (deception?) and HO really don't like it when people withhold important information.

If you live with her, has she declared you living there for any benefits? If you do live there and she hasn't declared it, it is benefit fraud.

My question is .. The form is asking me to provide full name and details of co tenants living at my address , which I find strange , I don't know the people who live with as they are just tenants and we just share the house .
