FM Right to Access UK Child AND Dependents/famliy members

Post by mickshanti75 » Thu Jun 30, 2016 4:47 pm

I have received Right to Access UK Child visa recently, to live closer to oldest son near Bristol.

However, I have no pathway understood to include my (second) wife and child who are Australian residents.

Very anxious about this.

Hope for help/pathway.

Does your current wife have a UK born grandparent?

What visa have you been issued, exact wording?

There is a pathway for your child, but without your wife it is unlikely to work.

Your wife should make an application outside the rule, and i believe she may have a strongly arguable Article 8 case outside the rules.

You will not be able to properly exercise your article 8 right if you cannot be joined by your wife and child.
