Tier 2 General Visa -> ILR

Hello,

First of all apologies for starting the new topic as I could't find the smiliar topic. I came to UK on PSW dependant in Dec 2012. Then I got my Tier 2 General Visa on 06/12/2013 . I wanted to know , Am I eligible for ILR after completing 5 years on Tier 2 General Visa ? My salary is 38K.
