EEA Family Permit and Tax Credits

Hi im a french national living in the uk i am currently in employment and claiming working tax credits and child tax credits along with child benefit i have recently married abroad and my wife will apply for eea family permit i wanted to know will these tax credits have any impact on the family permit application?also when i spoke to.hmrc they advised me that it wont have any bearing on family permit application
