Hi,

 I want some information regarding my son nationality. My son born Pakistan in 2013 and that time i had indefinite leave to remain uk. In 2014 i become British citizen and got British passport .my wife is Pakistani national and 07/2015 my wife and my son both came in uk to join me. They have residence visa,

 My question can i apply british passport for my son now or can i register as British citizen first now . my son came uk 07/2015 to join me .when he born in Pakistan that time i had indefinite leave to remain uk. Both my wife and my son visa expire on 04/2018 after this date i apply indefinite visa. Plz help me.

Your son will follow the same immigration route as your spouse. He is ONLY a Pakistan citizen. He would only have been automatically British if born IN the UK when you had ILR.
