Tier 2 expert advise needed (urgent reply required)

I had got the 5 years visa in May 2014-2019 .now i need to apply for my newly born child visa.I filled online application form today.They are asking me 5 years fee(£ 1328 ) instead of 3 years fee(£ 664 ).i need expert advise what should i do now.and how much i have to pay to HO.

Posting the same question under two different usernames is not going to win you any favours. It is not fair to members who post a response (for free) if you are trying to gleen the 'best advice' across two different user ID's with the same question.
