ILR Dependent VISA

Post by myamjad » Wed Jul 13, 2016 9:23 pm

Hi,

i would really appreciate if you can help me with my situation.

In 2014 i was on TIER 1 General Visa, my wife and my Son came to UK as my dependents. At the end of 2014 i got my ILR but my wife and Son's visa was extended in the same TIER 1 General dependent category.

My wife and Son both got dependent visa which is valid till 2018, my wife went back to Pakistan and we have another baby born there. I need an advise about the visa which i should apply for my newly born daughter.

Father is on ILR, mother is on dependent limited leave to remain.

Regards,

Amjad.

If your wife is on Tier 1 G Dependent, then that is what you apply for the child born abroad. Childs visa will be issued in line with the mother.

Pity the child wasn't born in the UK, child would have been automatically British if born after you got ILR.
