Switching Tier1 entrepreneur to tier 2 dependent

Post by umashankar » Thu Jul 14, 2016 11:55 pm

Hi All,
I'm on tier1 entrepreneur visa exp in six months. Now I want to switch to tier2 general dependent with in UK.
I need your suggestions please.

1)What are all the documents do I need?
2)I want to go for premium (same day) services. What kind of questions I can expect?
3)Do they ask about my company details ?
4) Does anybody switched before please help me :)

Thanks in Advance

are u married to you partner?
you will need proof of marriage, cohab docs, maintenance bank statement.
Suggest you read through the PBS dependent guide.

Please be patient, someone should answer you but it is not necessary to bump your post. You posted in the middle of the night when most members were likely sleeping and then bumped it up 8 hours later.

As an aside have you read through the Tier 2 general dependent guidance and researched the forum?

Yes, I'm married and I have a marriage certificate.
Bank statement and other documents are ready but if I go for same day visa do they ask about my company and 50k funds ?

Your Tier 1 Ent etc has nothing to do with Tier 2 G Dependent visa. They are two separate visas with separate rules. Unless you have visibly breached your Tier 1 Ent conditions and HO is aware of it, then there is no need to worry.
