Dependent Visa

Post by nahamed2003 » Fri Jul 15, 2016 10:09 am

Hi All,

I have changed my employer and new tier 2 general visa has issued by home office on last week. During my visa application done, my dependent was away from UK. Dependent visa valid till to May 2017 and she is in India now. When do my dependent required to take visa now or nearer to expiry of current visa – May 2017?

Thanks

You mean - May 2017 and no need to change current visa. is that correct?

Can you please advise when my dependent return to UK, there won’t be any problem in immigration check at Airport.

Thanks

There shouldn't be a problem as she holds a valid visa.
