Hi Sorry if this is the wrong thread for this question.

I want to confirm if myself and children are entilted to public funds. We have resident permits with rights to work with no restriction but are dependent on my wife who is on a tier 4 with no recourse to public funds. But on my and the kids visa it does not say if we have recourse or not. Its just blank at the back where it says remarks.

Kindly advise me please.

If you and your kids are on a Tier 4 dependent visas, then no, you cannot claim benefits. If you do, you will be in breach of your visa conditions.

What is your nationality?
Char (CR001 not Casa)
