Is Tier-2 ICT dependent visa valid after Tier-2 General Visa

Hi,

I am issued with ICT Tier-2 dependent visa in Mar 2015, valid from Mar 2015 tp Jan 2018. Tier-2 General visa is processed for me in Dec 2015, valid from Dec 2015 to Dec 2018. The company I am working with has now gone to administration.

I have NOT got any 'Recommended cancel without prejuidice' note on my ICT Tier-2 dependent visa. Can I please know if my dependent visa is still valid. My spouse, who is the main applicant is still in UK with ICT Tier-2 visa valid until Jan 2018.

No, when you were issued your Tier 2 General visa, the Tier 2 ICT Dep visa would have automatically been cancelled. You will have to reapply for the ICT dep visa.
