Tier2 ICT to Tier2 General Cos query

Hi,

I am currently switching from Tier-2 ICT to Tier-2 General with a new employer.(In-country switching)

Query: When a new CoS is generated for a new employer, will the information be passed onto my current employer? This might cause me issues regarding my notice period. Hence the worry.

Query2: Will my current employer come to know where I am moving to(New employer details)

No, it has nothing to do with your current employer. Assuming of course you are on an ICT visa that permits in country switching.

Query2: Will my current employer come to know where I am moving to(New employer details)

They will know you are leaving when you resign. They won't be informed by HO that you have a new sponsor.
