Appeal rights for tier 1 extension applications

Post by shaf2008 » Thu Jul 21, 2016 6:06 pm

Hi all ,
Wanted to check some thing . In my understanding of our visa gets rejected . We can either reapply or administrative review . My solicitor said that we also have an option of appealing to the courts .
Can any one clarify this

Regards

My understanding is that Tier 1 Entrepreneur has no appeal options, what exactly your solicitor is saying? How he think you will have appeal right?

PBS migrants do NOT have any right to appeal if they get rejected (you only get AR). Those rights were removed by Immigration Act 2014. JR is also outside the immigration rules and the migrant's continuous leave will not be protected under section 3C if he/she chooses to apply for JR.
