Hi,I have got married n got spouse visa 2.5 years back.my wife is British and after marriage we have a baby boy who is also get British passport.i am not British yet and going to apply for second extension by FLR(M).i wanted to do the application by myself.Going through the application form.in section 4.4r ask for who is financially responsible for children.as I am applying n my wife is my sponsor.we both will show pas slips to cover 18.6k.i google n found we both r have prenatal responsiblity but not sure about fianancial responsiblity
Will be much great full if any one know about that specific questions answer

I was thinking not to go to solicitors n doing by myself so I might ask some more question if u can help in near future.u clear 1 0f my doubt..thank you another question
My wife work earn £580. Per months n I work in tesco n salary comes lowest £1023 to highest £1887(including bonus) among last 5 months payslip different different in between this figure will they calculate my 6 months payslips % 6 then multiply by 12 0r will count the lowest salary in a month then multiply by 12...I do overtime randomly every month which is more than my contract and p60 will vary from last April n next April

which category of financial requirements my case will be
We both will give payslip bcoz mine is not enough

HO will take your lowest salary and calculate you salary. You must submit 6 months payslips, not only 5.

May I ask you if u r a solicitor or law farm employee
If you don't want to mention still thanks a lot

No, I am not a solicitor and even if I was, I would not be allowed to advertise on the forum or use the forum to obtain clients.

I work in the legal field but not in immigration and what I know I have learnt, taught and studied myself.
