flr(fp) extension

Hi all,
Can I use premium service for flr(fp) 10 years route settlement extension? Initally I got a 2.5 years leave to remain. Because of my british child we (me and mywife ) got a 2.5 years leave to remain.

In my case, can I use premimum service? bit confused. Look like my case is now straight forward we are a parents our british child.
