Hi,
I am on Tier 2 ICT dependent visa valid until March 2018. And I am currently employed in a permanent role. I believe my company will sponsor me close to end of my current visa.
If I plan to have a baby and March 2018 would fall in my maternity leave period and I would not have got sponsorship as I would be on leave from past few months. What are the chances that my company will give CoS while I am on leave.
