need help with flr m application urgent

Hi, everyone, hope you can help me out with the following, i will be online alot as my wifes FLR runs out mid august 2016 so i will now need to apply for the extention FLR M.

Q1, I KNOW this has been answered before along time ago but just double checking if its been changed since then, can the previous english test ESOL still be used for the FLR M extention?

Q2, my wife and i are living with family, this was also shown at the time i applied to bring wife over first time when she was given 2 years and 6 months spouse visa from pakistan, so the question is can i still use the old immigration inspection letter as nothing has changed?

Q3, the land registery will i have to send that too and get the owner of the house to say its ok for us to live there? if so does the land registery have to be the original or will a photo copy do?

Q4, how many months of bank statements do i need to show? eg for savings and for correspondence?

Q5, will i have to pay the nhs surcharge? if i will how much would that be?

Q6, the pakistani passport is due to expire in january 2017 can i still apply for spouse visa extension in august 2016 or will i have to renew the passport first?

hope someone can help as i now there is alot of questions on here to answer. i am so stressed about it all.

Should be ok, but wait for others to advise as ESOL is no longer on the HO approved list.

Should be ok, although HO might want to see more 'up to date' documents to confirm there is no overcrowding.

Yes, you have to send the same documents again. You can order a copy of the land registry online for £3.

Q4, how many months of bank statements do i need to show? eg for savings and for correspondence?

You need 6 months bank statements, the latest one cannot be older than 28 days at the time of application. You also need 2 years worth of cohabitation document. Page 64 of FLR(M) form lists examples of what HO want to see.

Q5, will i have to pay the nhs surcharge? if i will how much would that be?

Yes, it is £500 for an FLR(M) extension.

Q6, the pakistani passport is due to expire in january 2017 can i still apply for spouse visa extension in august 2016 or will i have to renew the passport first?

No need to renew first. It needs to be valid at the time of application. She will be issued with a BRP card and not a visa vignette in her passport.

There is no requirement that the passport must be valid for X months to submit a visa extension. It must be valid at the time of application.

Croo1, thanks again U have been a great help anyone else care to answer the remaining big question can I still use my esol that was used for original successful application. It's just that I'm applying for the extension now after 2.5 years Flr m.

Any experts here able to answer this as I need to know quick, for the extension spouse visa Flr m can I still use the old esol test results??

can you please advised on the following please, i am going to submit spouse visa extension as the visa has come to its end 2.5 years, going to submit the FLR M form, the following question im unsure about, just to confirm im relying just on savings as no job so its £62.500 as its just for my wife only.
