Tier 2 General Dependent Proof of accommodation

Hi,

I'm planning to apply for Dependent visa for my wife and my 2yrs old daughter. Right now I'm staying in a shared house and I will be moving into 1 bed property or Studio flat before i apply for Dependent visa.

Is there any criteria on the property for staying with dependents? Since I have a kid, will they(ECO) expect that I should stay in 2 bed property rather than Studio flat or 1 bed flat?

Based on expert's advice i can search for the property and get the rental agreement for Visa. Please advice.
