Post by yhm75 » Thu Aug 04, 2016 4:21 pm

hi Friends

1> my payroll software produce fps but when we see its written down full payment submission

no company name but all other information means employee information pay and ni information and submission detail is on there this type of fps is alright?

2> I'm transfer money from my personal account to business account
>business account showing my name on transaction but no reference
>it ok if I transfer money partially means 5 or 6 times
>director loan agreement or share capital which one is better
>can I make only one director loan for whole amount even I transfer money in parts

3> my dependant is allowed work full time or not?

thanks

3. Your dependent can work full time but if working for you, will not count towards the employment criteria you have to meet.

Better to have the company information. Ask the software help team if that is possibe, if not stamp them with your company stamps

Your name is enough. You can make one agreement for multiple trasnactions
3> my dependant is allowed work full time or not?
Yes

If you're using BRIGHTPAY SOFTWARE it will not show your company's name on it, just the FPS and all required field needed on employees, but at the end, it will show your unic company PAYE reference number which connects to your company. So, I know this is fine. No problem

I actually just checked my FPS too and just noticed (thanks to you)

I personally think that will not be a problem especially if this is not your first year of sending FPS, i.e, previous FPS do have those unic PAYE Reference and the format is same. And also there is the SUBMISSION INFORMATION at the end which could be verified. (but still not 100% on this)

I will advise, as someone had previously advise, to contact the Customer Service for BrightPay, to notify. I know they always respond to queries very quickly.

Thanks

I'll still try to contact Customer Service, though this isn't my first year. I'll update with response.
I also maintain my payroll myself.
