ICT Tier 2 dependent to General Tier 2 VISA transfer

If someone can clarify below query
Currently I am working in a company with ICT tier 2 dependent VISA, which has validity till March, 2018
Now my company is willing to sponsor me General tier 2 Visa. My queries are -

1. if main ICT tier2 Visa holder looses his job before March,2018 then would the Visa for main ICT tier2 and dependent will still be valid till March, 2018?
2. if main ICT tier2 Visa holder looses his job before March,2018 then can the ICT tier 2 dependent process her General tier 2 Visa immediately or there would cooling period?
3.if tier2 general visa can be processed while working in the same company without resigning. what's the procedure as UK is not my home country.
4. If ICT tier2 dependent later becomes the general tier 2 main visa holder, can present ICT tier 2 main visa holder be converted to general tier t2 dependent without leaving his present job. is there any cooling off period?

The visa will be valid for however long it takes to receive the curtailment letter. The employer has to notify HO as soon as the employee has left the company. Curtailment will apply to BOTH the main and dependent visa holders.

No cooling off for a ICT Dependent but you have to apply for Tier 2 General from home country.

3.if tier2 general visa can be processed while working in the same company without resigning. what's the procedure as UK is not my home country.

The difficulty you will have with this is to prove that you were not 'pre-selected' for the position. Your employer has to complete the full and proper RLMT process to prove to HO that there is no British citizen/EU citizen or ILR holder to do the job.

Yes. No there is no cooling off period if the main applicant is switching to dependent visa.
