SP50 fixed penalty notice do I declare or not?

Post by Nefedyaru » Sun Aug 07, 2016 10:52 pm

Hi,

I have been issued an FPN following speeding on a motorway in June 2015. I have paid £100 fine, got 3 points on the licence and not appealed in court. I do understand speeding is bad and do watch my speed.

I have checked disclosure scotland and ACRO and these show no convictions.

Do I have to declare my SP50 and what are the chances to pass the good character check if I do?

I hope you can help me with this question.

Kind regards,
Sega

Kindly refrain from digging up old posts and tagging your question onto other members topics, some of whom have not been active on the forum for a long time.

I have split your query to its own topic.
