Immigrating with an autistic child

Post by Tashana87 » Mon Aug 08, 2016 9:22 pm

I am planning to apply for a Tier 2 (Employer Sponsored) visa. I am in Zimbabwe and have an Autistic child (under 18). I know the chances of getting a visa in Australia with my husband and my autistic child are next to zero but I wondered what the UK stance was on a similar application? I have looked everywhere but found no information relating directly to my situation.

No issue as that would be discrimination.

You will be required to pay the Immigration Health Surcharge for each person applying.

Disability discrimination is illegal in the UK.
