PBS Dependant - Can do small business?

Hi All,

I'm working as Tier 2 (ICT) Migrant in UK from Jan 2016. My wife is living here with me as my dependant.
I know she can work here except as Doctor / Dentist / Sportsperson.

I want to know if she can do small business on her own here?
If we register the business and start paying taxes, what will happen when my VISA ends?

Yes, but only in her name.

Her visa is dependent on yours. If your visa ends, her visa will end.
