OCI - Collection Option from HCI London

Hi,

Anyone knows whether we can collect OCI card from HCI London? Instead of Postal? If yes, what needs to be done?

Booked tickets to India for 26-AUG. Not sure whether I will get the OCI Card on time. Else I will have to push my travels dates.
