jkcool wrote:Hi All,
I recently had a new born, born in India. My wife was staying with me in UK for last 3 years and she has a 4 years Tier 2 Dependant visa on BRP. For applying passport for my child, she had changed her passport to add my name as a spouse . So she now has a new passport. Does she need to submit a change of circumstances form ? Is she still in India? What name is on her BRP card?
Also, do I need to inform Home Office that I had a new child in India ? No, when you apply for the childs visa they will know.
When I look at the Change of Circumstances form, it is required only when there is a change in name, gender , nationality or address. Am I right ? Your wife will have to apply for a replacement BRP so that the name matches her passport.
Any help would be appreciated.
There is no change in name. Only there is an addition of spouse name.CR001 wrote:Is she still in India? What name is on her BRP card?
The name on her BRP should match what is in her passport. So what name does her BRP card say?jkcool wrote:There is no change in name. Only there is an addition of spouse name.CR001 wrote:Is she still in India? What name is on her BRP card?
