TIER 1 (General) Child IHS help needed

Post by myamjad » Fri Aug 12, 2016 3:44 pm

I am on ILR but previously i was on Tier 1 General visa.

My wife came to UK as my tier 1 general dependent and so did my son.

She went back home last year and now we have another baby girl born there.

I am applying for her visa, i know i have to apply for Tier 1 (General) Child visa because my wife still has Tier 1 (General) dependent visa.

I am encountering problem when it comes to paying for IHS, i am the main applicant and she is coming to live with me. So in the section where i have to put the details about the person with whom she will be staying i put my details and in the visa route and visa type section i am having trouble.

As i mentioned above i am on ILR if i select my visa route as settlement i don't get Tier 1 General in visa type section.

if i try to select my visa route as Tier 1 General the only option there for Tier 1 is Tier 1 General dependent. Can someone help me with this?

Regards,

Amjad Hashim.

The child is the main applicant and you must select 'apply alone' and not put your details in.
Char (CR001 not Casa)
