RLMT Requirement - Experienced Members plz help

Post by mdaudsh » Sun Aug 14, 2016 2:16 am

Hi,

I posted before as well, just to ask this that I was on tier 4 visa from 2010 to 2013 and achieved BSc Hons degree and then 2013 to 2015 again i was on tier 4 for Masters degree which was achieved as well. Since Feb 2015, I applied for FLR (0) which was refused and i had to apply for appeal which is still on going.

I read the requirements for Tier 2 RLMT exemption and it shows for tier 4 criteria that

"where they have, or were last granted permission to stay in the UK as a Tier 4
migrant or as a student and during their last grant of leave, or a continuous period
of leave, that includes their last grant of leave, they have received final results "
Tier 2 and 5 sponsor Guidance

Please identify if this exemption applies on me or not as my employer is willing to sponsor me

FrontierMole has already given you the appropriate and correct advice in your other thread.

Asking the same question again won't change the answer.
