Spouse settlement visa or a dependent on Tier 1 or Tier 2? What is your immigration status? Where was the 'spouse visa' applied?

You have posted your query in the Tier 1 General sub forum. Based on your answer, your topic will need to be moved to the correct place.

So you haven't applied for a visa? You've applied for an EEA Family Permit?

It's not a visa. It's an EEA Family Permit. It can take some time after an appeal is granted for the permit to be issued. Have the Home Office been given the right to appeal the decision?

Yes they have 14 days to appeal but that time is gone now it's 5 weeks and just want to know how long they will take more
