Need Help on Claiming Child benifit,Child Tax Credit,Housing

Dear Admin

Child Befit:
i got my ILR this month.I have a seven moth old child who born in the UK.My wife is ier 4 dependent visa until end of this month and applying for her FLR(M)some time this month.As i got my ILR i belive i can apply for child benifit and child tax credit please correct me if i am wrong.

1.I am filling the chaild benifit application form on section 19 it said Are you subject to immigration control now or have you been at any time in the last six month? .What can be the Answer please clarify

2.As my wife is not allowed any public fund what should i do on her part .Should i put my detail on first part and her detail on second part please clarify me.

Child tax credit:
3.As we both working and our combined yearly income is aprrox 23000.Am i allowed to apply child tax credit.
4.If allowed how to apply


Housing:
5.The place i am living at the moment is shared house i just rent a double room.It is geeting difficult for me to live in one double room with a family.I just recenly moved in this place 7 month ago this place from another borough.I was living the other borough was quite long time.
6.Am i allowed to apply for social housing or housing benifit
7.If yes Will those benifit effect on her application to stay in the UK.

Please hlep me with those question my dear admin.With out your help it wouldnt be possible to come this far.

1. on question 1 i will say yes also do i need to send my original bio metric card or approval letter
original please let me know as i need it on hand those for my wife application
2.Also on child benefit application form section 31.Is your partner entiled to child benefit now or they are waiting to hear if they can get child benefit What should i say YES or NO

Hi i have some query regarding my current situation

As i am on emergency council housing in north london area and its been six month the accommodation they provide after i applied for homeless application and i am receiving the housing benefit as well for this property.Just want to know

1.As i clearly state on my housing benefit application because my wife is on FLR M no public fund allowed they but i didnt understand when they calculate the HB did they include her on calculation or not?but i provide her all the copy of visa and her wages slips.

2.How can i know she is excluded from the calculation?

3. The property they put me this is one bedroom.Not that much space its like studio.And they pushing me to go for privately which is too expensive.Want to know would i be able to review it?

4.They put me on bidding with 200 point.Is there any hope i will get council house in future ?

please help me with this query.I will be great full to you if you can share your experience
