EILTS to EILTS UKVI onversion

Hi, I've completed a EILTS for immigration to Cananda. I how now received an offer from a UK employer and have been informed that I need a EILTS UKVI test for my Tier 2 visa. Is there anyay I can have my EILTS fro Canada converted to a EILTS UKVI version or certified as such? Thanks
