does anyone apply ILR after 5 years T1 E with dependant?

I will apply ILR after 5 years T1 E visa next month, and my husband who is as my pbs dependant since the first time I got this visa, so he is qualify to apply ILR at the same time with me, right?

but I am really confused, do we use the same one form-- SET O ? or he need to fill another form? if yes what form he need to use?

really appreciate if anyone has the exprience and can give me some advice:)

Yes he can apply with you. He also need LIUK and English B1.

One Set (O) form for both of you, him as the dependent.
