Appeal allowed. what to do next?

Post by Asadruta » Wed Aug 31, 2016 9:51 pm

Hello Everyone.
I am married to EU national. My visa was refused, In short we went to court several times and finally after 3 years my appeal is allowed. 25 days have gone already Home office didn't appeal against the judge's decision. I have call the tribunal to ask about this and they said Home office didn't appeal.
My question is what would be the next step? if I want to know about my visa progress where should I contact? and is it alright to deal with this thing by myself or do I need a lawyer for this?

What did you apply for?

In which country are you and your spouse?
Char (CR001 not Casa)
