On tier 4 visa, you have to study full time. If you are given the condition that you can work, it is only part time work and no more than 20 hours per week.

If you complete the course and want to then work in the UK, you have to find a tier 2 general HO approved sponsor and apply for the visa. There are no automatic rights to remain and work in the UK after your course finishes.

For tier 4 and tier 2, you need to pay the visa fee and the immigration health surcharge.

For tier 4 you need an HO approved college/university to be able to get a CAS efore you can apply.

Suggest do some research as noajthan has already suggested.

What are your qualifications you already have given that our currently work as a chief accountant?
