Secondment

Hi I am in UK on tier 2 general issued by a limited consulting company in UK.

I have got a contracting oppportunity in sweden. Is there a way i can work in Sweden being on the Tier 2 general visa.? I am sorry if this question is already answered(i could nto find a same question)

Tier 2 general is only relevant and applicable for work in the UK. You would need a work visa for sweden to work in Sweden.

Is your current employer an umbrella company?

You should be aware contracting (ie working via an intermediary) on a T2 via an umbrella is illegal....

Okay, sure.So mine is not a umbrella company. so does this mean there are no options for me to consider this as an option?
