Visitor visas: Romania visa; Spain visa; Schengen visa

Hi it might be a stupid question but does anyone ever applied for romanian visit visa. What documents it need. How long does it take and is it easy to get it im on stamp 4 ireland. I had uk visit visa and now hold schengen visa.

Hi i obtain schengen visa for 6 months from spanish embassy and i went to spain for a week. But now i want to go to different schengen country for a visit.so my question is do i need to make entry to spain first now and then travel to destination schengen country or i can just go straight to destination country withour going to spain again.?

If you have a multiple entry schengen visa, you can visit other countries in the zone. No need to arrive in Spain first.

Its not a stupid question, some people must visit Romania occasionally.
Unclear why you don't just use your Schengen visa.

But i dont think other people visit my post unless its about schengen visa. So how other people will know about queation about romania visa. THIS IS TOTALLY UNFAIR.sometime the moderator on this goes way over the top.
