Spouse visa - UK Entry Clearance

Can someone please help, Am a British citizen living in London, I recently applied for my wife to join me in the UK from Sierra Leone. We have all they asked for and I have paid the settlement fees and the NHS sub-charge fees. After 60 days waiting yesterday my wife received am email stated that decision have been make on her application and her passport on it way through DHL express. I didn't receive any interview request from them, am a bit worry maybe something is wrong.

Ok we are still waiting for the passport to arrive and I will surely inform u about the out.
