Self-employed as a dependant of a tier 4 student

Hello,

I am in the UK as a PBS dependant of my wife as she is studying on a postgraduate level. (she's on Tier4)

On my biometric permit it informs me as the following: "Restricted work no Dr/Dentist in training".
with this permit am I able to setup a limited company and work as its director?
