Hello everyone please I need some advice on how to bring my husband to UK ...I currently work but wasn't earning enough so I've added hours ...my question is there r some benefits that am still getting after I declared my earning ,my question is do I have to call and cancell all ,I have to kids so am confused please HELP jus started but want to know am doing the right thing.

If applying from abroad, your husband needs VAF4A and Appendix FM. £1195 visa application fee PLUS £600 Immigration Health Surcharge.

You need to earn a minimum of £18,600pa to sponsor him. Benefits is fine for you to claim but you cannot use the as part of meeting the financial requirement.

Husband needs to meet the English language requirement.
