Tier 2 Dependant visa refused, when can I reapply?

Post by shoaibrehman » Thu Sep 08, 2016 4:47 pm

Hi all,

My wife's visa got refused in AR as well on the basis of 319C(d)e. The reason given was that we did not provide any additional evidence except our wedding phoots.

My question is that can we make a new application straight away without delaying anything further? Is it possible?

I heard from someone that we have to wait for at least six months should the application is refused.

You can apply at any time. AR was a waste of time if you made the error. AR is only successful if HO/UKVI made an error.

Don't believe everything you 'hear' down the pub, restaurant, work or wherever. You can reapply at any time.
