Passport application with JCAP - Joint Citizenship &Passport

I submitted by passport application along with the citizenship application through the JCAP process. Once the ceremony is complete I need to cut my ILR card and send it to the address given.

Is there anything else that I need to do to start the passport process. Will the passport office be automatically notified of my ceremony completion by the council?
