Regarding Tier 4 General Student Visa + Dependent, does it mandatory to proof the accommodation by an official letter from landlord, in other meaning the accommodation should be included in the list of supported documented.

If "Yes", would you please provide me with a reference from gov.uk

Regarding Tier 4 General Student Visa, and as a proof of financial statements can I used two bank accounts located in two different countries, with considering that 60% from the requested amount is available in first account and 30% in the second one.
