rights of tier 2 dependent ???

Post by priya_tier2dep » Mon Sep 12, 2016 11:52 am

Hi All,

I have spent 3 years, 4 months in my tier 2 dependent visa till now

Now i'm willing to start a private limited company ! can i start a pvt ltd company in my name

Please note: My husband is working for his tier 2 employer currently and he will continue to work there. And he will not have any kind of relation with this.

My main concerns are my pvt ltd company should not affect my husband and his status

what are the main bits i need to be careful (not to do) while handling pvt ltd company as a tier 2 dependent

experts please help , thanks in advance

You can start a business in your name, no effect on your or your husband's visa.

Business visa will not allow the proposed individual to work in the UK for the new business. They can attend meetings, offer consultancy but only as the representative of the Indian company.
The only way they can work for the business is to have a Tier 2 licence. They can come over on. T2ICT if they qualify.
