Urgent passport service ?

Hi,

Is there any urgent passport service available after naturalization ? I've to attended oath ceremony in few days and then i'll apply for passport but i've to travel in a month time and i heard that it takes almost a month to get interview for British passport. Is there anY urgent service i could use to apply for passport so that i could get British passport in less then a month time ?

Also do i need to submit my existing passport when i apply for British passport? can i submit certified copy instead of original passport ?

No, there is no 'urgent' or fast track service for 1st adult British passport.

You need to submit all uncancelled passports.

You also have to return your BRP card within 5 days of ceremony.

You should have applied for it when you first posted asking on the forum on the 2nd of September. You have lost 10 days now

Yes but I couldn't apply before oath ceremony, can I ?
What should I do in this situation ?

You didn't state in your previous posts when the ceremony was!!! My glass ball needs a good polish so isn't working at the moment

Nothing you can do, either postpone travel until you have your passport or take a chance and don't send BRP back and risk a £1000 fine.
