Even those who had written TOEIC but never used that result in any immigration application (and naturalisation application) are being refused.
Needless to say, those who have used a TOEIC result in an immigration / naturalisation application cannot expect to be approved.

For now, that judgement has had no effect on how Nationality team or UKVI are assessing respective applications.
So be patient and wait for outcome of your review. In the meantime, consult a competent legal professional on your options of any legal course of action that may be possible.

You should seek Judicial review on the basis that you ought to have been granted an in country appeal, on the basis that the decision breaches your convention rights.

At least Section 3D will cover you and preserve your right to work if you are able to secure an appeal right.

Temporary admission is not lawful residence, and you could face detention or removal at any time.

I have applied for my naturalisation on 27/5/2014, I have been in UK as a overseas student since 2002. During extension of my student visa in March 2012 my application was supported by TOEIC and IELTS(speaking 7.5)
I used IELTS certificatе for my ILR application in 2012. My naturalisation was supported only by ESOL because TOEIC, IELTS got expired after 2 years. After 19 months of waiting i was refused in jan,2016.then i send it for reconsideration ,after 6 m was refused again.

thanks

Hi Salman,

What was the reason of your ILR being revoked? Was it because that your BC application was not accepted?
In other words, if I make an application for BC & if it is refused, does home office revoke my ILR as well?

I would be very surprised, if they do that.

Kaydee
