Transferring Visa from one Company to other - NHS Fee

Post by RaghuKarnati » Wed Sep 14, 2016 3:18 pm

Hi,
I am currently on Tier2 General Visa and my visa expires on Jan 2019. I have paid my NHS fee for until Jan 2019. Now I am planning to transfer my Visa to a different company with the same Job role. I am applying for next 2 years through this transfer. Should I pay my NHS fee again for this period(Until Jan 2019). Please let me know.

Thanks,
Raghu

You cannot 'transfer' a Tier 2 General visa. You have to apply for a new visa if it is a new sponsor.

You have to pay the immigration health surcharge for each and every application you make.
