Applying dependent visa for new born in UK

Dear Gurus,

I am on Tier2 General visa and applying for dependent visa for my new born baby in UK.

I am looking forward to go for priority service application.Now I have to fill priority request inclusion form for the same and had some queries in the form.

1) Which Tier 2 visa are you applying for? Ans = Tier 2 Dependant Child (applying to join the main applicant).

2) Is your current leave to remain the same as above? Ans = No, I was born in the UK and do not currently have leave to remain.

3) In the applicant details I will put my baby's name.
But the applicant details also asks for Employer/Sponsor name and Cos Number , so should I be filling that information as well or leave it blank ?

4) There is a dependent details section as well which I should leave blank as well right ?
Are you including dependants in this application? Ans = No. and leave the details section blank?


If you could please confirm the above.

I am applying for priority service as I need to take the baby to India as early as possible. So just wondered if I can apply for baby's visa from India after she receives her Indian passport here in UK.
Will it be a problem if I take the baby to India only on Indian passport but without visa ?

No need to keep bumping your question in another members topic. Suggest start your own topic with your questions and search the forum. Many members applied for dependent visas for newborn.
