Fiance Visa Checklist

Hi everyone. I would really appreciate if someone could do a sanity check on my fiance visa documents list!

- VAF4A application form
- Appendix 2
- Applicant current passport + copy
- Applicant previous passports + copies
- Applicant introduction letter
- 2x applicant passport photo with name on the back
- Applicant TB test + copy
- Copy of visit visa refusal letter
- NARIC statement of equivalency + copy
- Australian degree certificate + copy

- Sponsor introduction letter
- Certified copy of sponsor full passport
- SU07 sponsor form

- Title registry for parents house + copy
- Property inspection report + copy
- Letter from parents saying applicant can live there
- Council tax bill in parents name to address
- Bank statements in parents name to address
- HMRC letter in sponsor name to address

- 6 months copy bank statements printed, stamped and signed by bank + copies
- Employment contract + copy
- 6 months payslips + copies
- HR confirmation letter

- Email conversation with Reverend confirming wedding booking
- Venue contract and deposit receipt + copy
- Booking & receipt to give notice at Registry Office
- Wedding Invitation

- Skype screenshots 8 pages
- 25 photos together
- Screenshot of inbox search of our emails
- whatsapp/wechat screenshot messages 12 pages
- Flight tickets from trips together
- Details of gifts we sent each other when apart
- Contract from our apartment together + copy
- Police registration for apartment together + copy

Thank everyone for all your help so far; not necessarily just on my own posts but in general, this forum is a god send and so many of my questions have been answered by searching here!

If anyone has any advice regarding the documents, that'd be so kind, thank you! (:

Thank you for your advice, I will take out some unnecessary documents.
I was sending copies because I had read somewhere that the ECO can keep your originals if you don't send copies? And we will need the originals again to apply for the spouse visa later.

YOUR documents, except for payslips and bank statements, can be copies, ie title register etc. ECO don't expect the BC partner to submit everything original. Most people scan their documents to their partners. ECO's have absolutely no reason to keep original documents.
