Children born abroad are expected to hold ILR before they qualify for citizenship, which is an application at discretion.

How long have your children been in the UK?

How old are they?

What is the immigration status of the other parent?

On what basis did you get ILR?

Children will follow the same route as the other parent and will need to apply for ILR when the other parent does in 2018.

Spouse and child will then need a PBS dependent extension if their current visas expire before they qualify for ILR in 2018.
