Tier 2 short term Intra company transfer visa

Hi,

I am in UK on short term intra company transfer visa for 12 months. I am looking for options to stay here so I am trying for some Jobs in UK only.

Could you please clarify on below points :

1) Is it allowed to search for Jobs on above visa? It will not affect anything?
2) If I get any Job here, what are all possible options using which I can get visa here.

1. Yes, you can search.

2. You can't continue on your current visa. You would have to find an HO approved sponsor and job to get a Tier 2 General visa. You will probably be subject to the 12 month cooling off period outside the UK before you can apply for a Tier 2 General visa.
