Website for General Visitor visa (180 days)

I my relatives to apply for Visit Visa.

Previously they applied for General Visitor Visa using http://www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk

I am now hearing that the website to use is: https://visas-immigration.service.gov.u ... visit-visa

Please can someone advise which website is to be used and what difference does it make?
